Community Guidelines
Last updated: June 2026
Nuhara exists to make wellness accessible and to build genuine trust between practitioners and seekers. These guidelines apply to everyone on the platform — practitioners and seekers alike. Violating them may result in your account being suspended or permanently removed.
For everyone
- Be honest. Your profile, listing, and communications must be accurate and truthful. Do not misrepresent who you are, what you offer, or your qualifications.
- Be respectful. Treat every person on this platform with basic dignity. Harassment, threats, discrimination, and abusive language will not be tolerated.
- Arrive as agreed. Show up on time, sober, and prepared. If you can no longer make it, cancel as early as possible so the other party can make other arrangements.
- Keep it on Nuhara. Do not solicit or accept off-platform payments to bypass Nuhara fees. This removes the protections — payment security, refunds, dispute support — that both parties benefit from.
- Protect privacy. Do not share another user's personal information, contact details, or location with third parties.
- No illegal activity. The platform must not be used for anything unlawful under applicable law.
For practitioners
- Hold any required qualifications. You are responsible for ensuring your services comply with local regulations and that you hold any certifications or licences required by law.
- Keep your listing accurate. Pricing, availability, location, and service descriptions must reflect reality. Update them promptly when things change.
- Respond promptly. Accept or decline booking requests in a timely manner. Repeated non-responses harm seekers who are planning around your availability.
- Maintain a safe environment. Sessions must take place in a clean, safe, and appropriate setting. Do not offer services while impaired.
- No inappropriate conduct. Any form of sexual misconduct, unwanted physical contact, or predatory behaviour is grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
For seekers
- Be who you say you are. Your name and profile must represent you accurately. Do not create false identities or book on behalf of others without their knowledge.
- Respect the practitioner's space. Treat their home, studio, or workspace with care. Any damage caused is your responsibility.
- Arrive ready. Come on time, sober, and prepared. Read any prep notes the practitioner has provided before your session.
- No inappropriate requests. Do not request services of a sexual, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate nature. Any such request is grounds for immediate account removal.
- Cancel responsibly. If you cannot attend, cancel as early as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations harm practitioners who have reserved time for you.
Reporting and enforcement
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately through the report button on the relevant listing or booking, or contact us via our contact form.
Nuhara reviews all reports and may take action including issuing a warning, suspending access, or permanently banning an account. We take safety seriously and will act promptly when guidelines are violated.
These guidelines are incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violating them constitutes a breach of your agreement with Nuhara.
